文化興則國運(yùn)興,文化強(qiáng)則民族強(qiáng)。5月18日,以聚焦華服,傳承中華傳統(tǒng)文化服飾為立意的2022年第二屆中國國際華服設(shè)計(jì)大賽正式啟動(dòng)。

大賽將通過挖掘具有國際視野、創(chuàng)新思維、時(shí)代審美的民族傳統(tǒng)服飾文化“繼承者們”,將傳統(tǒng)服飾與傳統(tǒng)文化不斷傳承與創(chuàng)新,綻放“盛世中國”之華章。

儀,禮儀,中華民族固守禮明德。《荀子·修身》中說:人無禮則不生,事無禮則不成。當(dāng)代,服飾禮儀反映了人們的價(jià)值取向、行為方式和生活態(tài)度。

本屆華服設(shè)計(jì)大賽,希望征集具有中華民族歷史文化基因、同時(shí)結(jié)合當(dāng)代精神風(fēng)貌的設(shè)計(jì),遵守傳統(tǒng)服飾著裝禮儀,同時(shí)適合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)著裝場(chǎng)景。

傳承華服文化傳統(tǒng),展現(xiàn)時(shí)代文明風(fēng)貌,具有鮮明的美觀度和辨識(shí)度,廣洽于國際交流、文化交流、商貿(mào)往來以及日常節(jié)慶、典祭等場(chǎng)合。

Propriety, etiquette, the Chinese nation adhere to propriety and virtue.

"Xun Zi · Cultivate One's Self" said: rude people will not live well, do things without propriety will not do well.

Nowadays, dress etiquette reflects people's value orientation, behavior mode and life attitude.

The current China International Garment Design Competition hopes to collect designs with historical and cultural genes of the Chinese nation and the contemporary spiritual outlook, abide by the traditional dress etiquette, but also suit the dress scene of the modern society.

Inheriting the cultural tradition of Chinese clothing, showing the civilization style of the contemporary time, with distinct beauty and recognition, widely applicable to international exchanges, cultural exchanges, business exchanges, daily festivals and ceremonies and other occasions.

 Contestant Qualifications

本次大賽免收?qǐng)?bào)名費(fèi),面向海內(nèi)外服裝設(shè)計(jì)師,國內(nèi)外高校相關(guān)專業(yè)師生以及懷揣設(shè)計(jì)夢(mèng)想的達(dá)人(國別、地區(qū)、性別、年齡不限)征集作品。

The competition is free of application fee and is open to fashion designers from home and abroad, related majors’ teachers and students from colleges and universities across the globe, as well as talented KOLs with design dreams (regardless of nationality, region, gender and age).

作品要求

Work Requirements

1.符合大賽主題的華服時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)系列作品(每系列4-5套),每人(或每個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì))限報(bào)最多1個(gè)系列作品(最多限報(bào)3人);作品應(yīng)具有鮮明的文化特征和時(shí)代性,并且風(fēng)格獨(dú)特、制作精細(xì)、服飾品配套齊全。

A series of Chinese style fashion design works in accordance with the competition theme (4-5 sets per series), every contestant (or every team) could only submit one collection (maximum 3 people); the work shall have distinctive cultural characteristics and contemporary quality, with unique style, fine production, and complete match of accessories.

2.請(qǐng)于線上提交時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)效果圖(圖稿尺寸比例 16:9)、款式圖(如有特殊設(shè)計(jì)出現(xiàn)在背面,則需要背面圖)、主題說明、工藝要求、面料實(shí)物圖片及說明。設(shè)計(jì)圖稿的大小要求:27cm × 48cm。實(shí)物小樣:5cm×5cm。

Please submit fashion design sketch (drawing size 16:9), style sketch (if there is a special design on the back of the garment, the back sketch is required), theme description, process requirements, actual fabric pictures and instructions through online method. Design sketch size requirements: 27cm × 48cm. Physical sample: 5cm×5cm.

3.入圍選手須按時(shí)提交系列中至少3套實(shí)物作品;同時(shí)提交1-2套數(shù)字虛擬作品。其中數(shù)字虛擬作品要求提供三種源文件格式:虛擬模特不限;圖片格式為JPG;視頻文件格式為MP4;源編輯文件格式OBJ。參賽成衣與虛擬作品制作費(fèi)用由選手承擔(dān),選手將免費(fèi)獲得技術(shù)支持單位提供的正版軟件。

Shortlisted contestants shall submit 3 sets of physical works; and 1-2 sets of digital virtual works on schedule. The digital virtual works shall be submitted in 3 source file formats: picture format JPG; video format MP4; source edit file format OBJ. The contestants shall bear the cost for ready-made and virtual works’ production, and they will receive free copyrighted software provided by the technology support company.

4.入圍決賽的參賽選手將獲得技術(shù)支持單位開展的三維虛擬軟件與技術(shù)免費(fèi)培訓(xùn),并由技術(shù)單位協(xié)助完成數(shù)字虛擬作品。

Shortlisted contestants will receive the 3D virtual software and technique training free of charge by the technology support company, the technology support company will assist the contestants to finish their virtual works.

5.參賽作品必須是未公開發(fā)表過的個(gè)人原創(chuàng)作品(大學(xué)生時(shí)裝周及學(xué)校演出作品除外)。參賽作品所產(chǎn)生的任何剽竊、模仿行為及其他法律責(zé)任與大賽組織單位無關(guān),由參賽作品提交人(團(tuán)隊(duì))負(fù)責(zé)承擔(dān)。

Entries must be original and unpublished. (Exclude works participated China Graduate Fashion Week and school shows). Any plagiarism, epigonism and related legal liabilities have no relations with the competition’s organizational units, the submitter (or the submit team) shall bear full responsibility.

6.主辦方有權(quán)宣傳、出版、展示全部參賽作品。

The sponsors reserve the right to publicize, publish and display all entries.

7.獲獎(jiǎng)作品由大賽組委會(huì)收藏。對(duì)入圍決賽作品,組委會(huì)將保留對(duì)參賽作品表演、刊登、展出等非商業(yè)化的權(quán)利,還將保留參賽作品照片及錄像版權(quán),并有權(quán)以任何形式將有關(guān)照片及錄像帶翻錄使用,無須支付任何版權(quán)費(fèi)用予參賽者。如需商業(yè)化,與參賽者另行簽署合同。

The award-winning works will be collected by the competition organizing committee. For the finalist works, the organizing committee will reserve the right to perform, publish, display and conduct other non-commercial behaviours towards the works, as well as the copyright of the photos and videos of the finalist works, and the right to reproduce the photos and videos in any form without paying any copyright fees to the contestants. If commercialization is required, a separate contract will be signed with the contestants.

8.入圍決賽作品將有機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)入組委會(huì)指定或協(xié)作元宇宙虛擬社區(qū)平臺(tái)簽約進(jìn)行售賣,在市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)效益后,將由社會(huì)平臺(tái)給予作品設(shè)計(jì)師實(shí)際產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值對(duì)應(yīng)的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(以實(shí)際簽約協(xié)議為準(zhǔn))。

The finalist works will have the opportunity to enter the metaverse virtual community platform designated by or cooperate with the organizing committee for sale. After the economic benefit is generated in the market, the social platform will give the designers the reward corresponding to the actual economic value (subject to the actual contract agreement).

9.大賽所有相關(guān)信息的解釋權(quán)歸大賽組委會(huì)。

The organizing committee reserves the right to interpret all relevant information.

評(píng)委組成

 Jury Composition

國內(nèi)外著名學(xué)者、知名設(shè)計(jì)師、藝術(shù)家、時(shí)裝評(píng)論家、企業(yè)家、成果轉(zhuǎn)化選手代表等組成評(píng)委團(tuán)。

Appraisal Committee: Consist of well-known domestic and international scholars, designers, artists, fashion critics, entrepreneurs and former contestant representatives with achievement transformation.

評(píng)比辦法

Appraisal Method

1.設(shè)計(jì)稿評(píng)選:由評(píng)委團(tuán)成員根據(jù)評(píng)比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(市場(chǎng)與商品化 40%,中華傳統(tǒng)元素運(yùn)用 35%,創(chuàng)意與時(shí)尚度25%,);分別評(píng)選出30組設(shè)計(jì)作品入圍。如有選手退賽,入圍名額根據(jù)得分排名依次遞補(bǔ)。

Design Sketch Appraisal: the appraisal committee members will select 30 groups of works according to the criteria (market and commercialization 40%, application of traditional Chinese elements 35%, creativity and fashion 25%,) for the final. In case of withdrawal, the number of finalists will be shortlisted according to the score ranking.

2.成衣效果評(píng)審:評(píng)委基于設(shè)計(jì)圖,對(duì)完成成衣作品以及數(shù)字虛擬作品從靜態(tài)實(shí)物(虛擬圖片)展示、模特動(dòng)態(tài)走秀(數(shù)字走秀)雙層面評(píng)出獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。評(píng)比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為:商品轉(zhuǎn)化度(40%),成衣效果(30%),傳承與創(chuàng)新(30%)。

Ready-to-wear result appraisal: based on the design sketches, the judges will award the finished ready-to-wear works and digital virtual works from two levels of static physical objects (virtual pictures) display and dynamic models’runway (digital runway shows). The appraisal criteria are: product transformation degree (40%), ready-to-wear result (30%), inherit and innovation (30%).  

特別提示:如因疫情,入圍選手本人不能來決賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)者,請(qǐng)將參賽實(shí)物作品郵寄至組委會(huì),可在線上參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)答辯與評(píng)審。

Special note: if the finalists are unable to attend the final due to the pandemic, please post the physical works to the organizing committee and participate in the on-site defense and appraisal online.

決賽暨頒獎(jiǎng)

Final and Awarding

1.決賽暫定于2022年11月(具體時(shí)間以入圍通知為準(zhǔn))。The final is tentatively scheduled in November 2022 (the specific time is subject to the notification of finalists).

2.決賽地點(diǎn):中國山東濟(jì)南(具體地點(diǎn)以入圍通知為準(zhǔn))。

3.入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于決賽前3天(北京時(shí)間)到達(dá)決賽地點(diǎn)(具體地點(diǎn)以入圍通知為準(zhǔn))。入圍選手參加決賽的交通費(fèi)用由組委會(huì)憑交通單據(jù)報(bào)銷,其中歐美選手最多報(bào)銷一萬元人民幣,亞洲選手最多報(bào)銷五千元人民幣,中國選手最多報(bào)銷三千元人民幣,入圍選手在決賽地參賽期間,由組委會(huì)提供免費(fèi)食宿。參賽作品自行制作費(fèi)用由選手承擔(dān)。

Finalists must arrive at the final place 3 days before the final (Beijing time) with their works (the specific venue is subject to the notification of finalists). The transportation expenses for finalists will be reimbursed by the organizing committee according to the transportation invoices, with the maximum reimbursement of RMB 10,000 for European and American contestants, RMB 5,000 for Asian contestants and RMB 3,000 for Chinese contestants. During the competition in the final place, the organizing committee will provide free accommodation for finalists. Contestants shall bear the cost of their work production.

3.銀獎(jiǎng)2名獎(jiǎng)金各50000元人民幣

Silver prize: 2 people with 50,000RMB prize money each

4.銅獎(jiǎng)3名獎(jiǎng)金各20000元人民幣

Bronze prize: 3 people with 20,000RMB prize money each

5.最佳元素創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)、最佳工藝獎(jiǎng)、最佳網(wǎng)絡(luò)人氣獎(jiǎng)各1名,各獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)8000元人民幣

Best element innovation, best technique and best internet popularity prize: 1 person each with 8,000RMB prize money

6.優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若干,各獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)2000元人民幣

以上獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)均由中國服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)證書或獎(jiǎng)杯。所有獎(jiǎng)金金額均為稅前,組委會(huì)保留最終解釋權(quán)。

All the above awards will be issued certificates or trophies by China Fashion Association. All prize money is pre-tax and the organizing committee reserves the right of final explanation.
